Job Description:
- Handling Placements for EB products on a Pan-India Basis.
- Should have sound market intelligence and excellent rapport with all the insurance companies.
- Should have sound domain knowledge of interpreting the EB policy terms & conditions and leading the dialogue during negotiations on price and coverages with the insurers and clients.
- A regular visit to insurers in connection with insurance placement & building rapport.
- As per the agreed KRAs maintaining the TATs for obtaining quotes and achieving conversions of new clients and retention of existing ones.
- On an ongoing basis, create a database of the most aggressive offices of insurers.
- Participate in client discussions/meetings relating to RFQs / proposals.
- Adhering to best industry standards in respect of compliance with regulations, customer quality standards, keeping the ARIBL colleagues updated on the changes, etc.
- Adhering to internal compliance and processes, including entries in in-house software.
- Coordination with the insurance company for Held Cover Letters, Policies, and Endorsements.
- Policy Checking.
- Any other work/job as entrusted from time to time.
Required Skills:
- Experiences in floating RFQs.
- Managing large corporates with 50+ cr book size.
- Team handling experience.
- Product Knowledge Employee benefits (EB).
Qualifications: Minimum Graduate, MBA (preferred).
