Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, etc.).
- Plan media budgets with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, ROAS, and customer LTV.
- Align campaign goals with business objectives for both D2C and marketplace platforms.
Execution & Optimization:
- Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns: setup, A/B testing, tracking, and real-time optimization.
- Lead targeted performance campaigns to drive website traffic, app installs, and e-commerce conversions.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels for maximum impact.
Data & Analytics:
- Analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights and refine strategy.
- Create detailed campaign reports with KPIs: impressions, CTR, conversions, etc.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution models.
Team & Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and tech teams for effective ad execution.
- Manage performance marketing agencies or vendors, ensuring timely delivery and KPI alignment.
Innovation:
- Stay updated on digital trends and bring in innovative performance strategies to stay ahead in a competitive FMCG environment.
Key Requirements:
- 610 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the FMCG or D2C space.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns with strong performance outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
- Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, DV360, Amazon Ads, etc.
