About Our Client:
Our client is the leading youth travel hostel brand, built for the digital-native generation that seeks more than just a stay.
Its a lifestyle.
They are a tech-led, community-driven brand redefining experiential travel with vibrant social spaces, bold aesthetics, and seamless technology.
The Role:
- Lead daily operations across 30+ (scaling to 100+) hostel units.
- Build and scale processes for quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Drive service excellence through tech, training, and SOP innovation.
- Manage operational P&Ls, KPIs, cost controls, and efficiency metrics.
- Set up analytical tools, dashboards, and review systems at scale.
- Lead and develop a distributed team of frontline and mid-level managers.
- Champion guest experience through strong experiential service design.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align ops with growth and revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8-10+ years of experience in operations, preferably in hospitality, experiential retail, or QSR.
- At least 3-4 years leading ops in a fast-scaling growth startup.
- Strong analytical and process-driven mindset (not just grit!).
- Experience managing distributed small units across geographies at scale.
- Hands-on with tech, tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
- High ownership, sharp thinking, and bias for action.
- Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Experience in experiential categories (experiential retail, experiential QSR, hospitality).
