Role Description:

The Head of Operations shall drive the overall operational excellence and strategic growth of the company. This position will be responsible for company's operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across all departments, manage complex operations and lead high-performing teams to drive continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:

Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, Operations Management, or a related field with 10 -18 years of experience

Job Description

Operational Management:

- Oversee all operational functions, including sales, customer service, claims processing, underwriting, compliance, and technology. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage and optimize operational budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with company's overall business objectives and growth strategy. Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and address emerging challenges in the insurance market.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational managers and staff across all departments. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and employee growth. Build a strong leadership pipeline to support growth.

Technology & Innovation:

- Leverage technology to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and gain a competitive advantage. Explore and implement new technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Drive the adoption of data-driven decision making across all operational functions.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and proactive issue resolution. Identify and address customer needs and concerns effectively.
