Head- National Foundation of Corporate Governance

- To steer NFCG activities: Support the NFCG Secretariat to carry out the functions entrusted by the Board and implement the decisions of the Board of Trustees.

- To engage with Partner Institutes: Engage with Partner Institutions, ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, NSE, IICA and CII to promote good Corporate Governance practices both at the level of individual corporates and Industry.

- To engage with Ministry of Corporate Affairs at the senior most level.

- To engage with affiliated Institutes / NIRF Institutes

- Promote Corporate Governance by way of conducting events and research though accredited Management Institutes and top NIRF Institution

Research & Report Creation:

- Set research agendas and report concepts revolving around corporate governance issues

- Prepare, print and publish any papers, periodicals, books to disseminate information and knowledge in the area of corporate governance

Events/Meetings:

- Organize meetings of the Board of Trustees, Governing Council and meetings with relevant stakeholders.

- Provide platform to deliberate issues relating to good governance

- Organize /participate in national and international seminars to promote the objectives of NFCG

- Facilitate, promote, collaborate on the proposals from individuals, associations and organizations for funding by national, international and multi-lateral organizations, industry associations, regulators and governments
