Our client offers comprehensive turnkey solutions covering every stage for treatment of raw & processed water. Their customized solutions in Effluent treatment plants, Zero Liquid Discharge, Evaporators & Dryers help their clients in Pharma, Metal, Chemical, Food, Agri and other in optimizing operational expenditure.
We are looking for a national channel partner head who will develop pan India network of partners to drive growth.
Responsibilities would be:
1. Develop and execute national channel strategy to align with company goals. Work with other departments in company to identify and onboard new partners.
2. Maintain strong relationship with partners, making them allies in joint business plans .
3. Drive partner sales through motivation, incentives and support. Track sales, market trends to ensure targets are met.
4. Lead the development and execution of training programs for partners.
5.Collaborate with marketing team to create collaterals to support sales
6. Monitor & track performance against targets and KPIs. Prepare and report to senior management.
Qualification:
- Engineering + MBA
- 15 years of experience, preferably in channel/partner development
- Proven track record in maintaining national level channel partner networks
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, distribution channels & partner ecosystem
- Exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Good with data and making data-based decision
- Willingness to travel
