Job Title: Head, Merchant Enterprise Sales, Key Accounts & Partnerships
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Mapping, Sales Strategy and Plan Creation & Execution
2. Have a Pulse of the Market and Rapidly Identify New Opportunities
3. Direct Sales and Adoption by Key Accounts
4. Build a High-Performance Sales Team & Culture
5. Set and Beat Aggressive Revenue and Sales Targets
6. Identify and Close Distribution Licensing Partnerships
7. Build and Deepen Strong Relationships with Key Accounts & Partners
8. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to Drive Successful GTM
Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related field.
- 10-18 years of proven experience in relevant field having dealt with large customers in the Enterprise Commerce space.
- Experience in Merchant Acquiring and managing partnerships a must
- Experience with Affordability Solutions is a plus
- Capability to understand technology and whiteboard a solution to Enterprise Customers
- Collaborative attitude and be adept at working cohesively with your ecosystem such as Pre-Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, etc
- Excellent customer focus and a strong attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills and the ability to create a win-win partnership are critical
- Relationship-management, strategic account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, presenting business solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long team opportunity management.
- Have good communication skills and passion to over-achieve the targets.
- Managed team of Sales / Relationship management individuals and handled partnerships
