What you'll own?
- Build & Scale: Own our presence across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.) end-to-end - listings, visibility, ratings, growth.
- P&L Ownership: Drive revenue, margins, and contribution - run this channel like your own startup.
- Platform Relationships: Be our face for all e-commerce and Q-commerce platforms - unlock visibility, campaigns, and merchandising support.
- Launches & Promos: Craft GTM plans for new SKUs and categories - work with brand, design & supply chain teams to bring them to life.
- Analytics & Ops: Monitor platform metrics, returns, SLAs, availability - act fast, troubleshoot faster.
- Cross-functional Hero: Collaborate across Growth, Ops, Tech, and Content to drive outcomes, not just plans.
What we're looking for?
- 3-7 years of experience in e-commerce / quick commerce / online retail growth / brand management.
- Strong understanding of online platforms and GTM strategies.
- An analytical mindset with hustle in the bones and an obsession with execution.
- Prior exposure to FMCG, D2C, or high-growth startups is a plus.
- Hungry to build, own, and grow - this is a roll-up-your-sleeves role.
