About the Role:

We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead brand and growth strategy for a fast-scaling mobility platform-led venture. This is a high-impact, full-stack marketing leadership role-ideal for someone who brings a blend of brand building, performance marketing, digital growth, and consumer insight.

You'll work closely with the founders to own the full marketing funnel-from shaping the brand identity to scaling user acquisition and retention across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategy across paid, organic, brand, and influencer channels

- Build a lean, high-performance team aligned to growth and brand goals

- Set and monitor KPIs, customer acquisition metrics, and overall marketing ROI

Brand & Content:

- Craft and evolve a differentiated brand narrative across online and offline touchpoints

- Own content strategy, design sensibility, and voice across digital, store, and product channels

- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and communication across campaigns

Performance & Growth Marketing:

- Drive acquisition and remarketing via Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms

- Manage campaign budgets, CAC targets, attribution tracking, and media planning

- Optimize digital funnels (web, app, call center) to improve conversion and retention

Influencer & Partnerships:

- Build influencer, affiliate, and creator marketing programs

- Manage outreach, content timelines, and performance benchmarks across partner campaigns

Consumer Intelligence:

- Lead market research and user studies to refine positioning and audience segmentation

- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance customer experience and reduce drop-offs

Required Profile:

- Experience: 6-12 years in marketing roles across D2C, consumer tech, or platform-led businesses

- Proven experience in building and scaling both brand and performance marketing engines

- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, funnel optimization, and influencer programs

- Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility; able to guide storytelling and design direction

- Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and performance dashboards

- Data-driven decision-maker with strong bias for execution and experimentation

- Prior startup or 0-to-1 experience is strongly preferred
