Head - Marketing
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for one of clients in the retail business.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving footfall, increasing brand visibility, and executing impactful marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and footfall across retail locations.
- Lead ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) and BTL (on-ground activations, in-store promotions, events) campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, SEM, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing.
- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to tailor marketing campaigns for different regions and demographics.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance brand reach and positioning.
- Drive loyalty programs and CRM initiatives to increase customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Merchandising) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring a high ROI on all campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in marketing within the retail sector.
- Strong expertise in footfall generation strategies and in-store customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to manage and scale marketing campaigns across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and consumer behavior insights.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive retail environment.
