The Role:

- As our Head of Marketing, you will be the chief architect and champion of this ice cream brand. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you will own the entire marketing spectrum-from digital campaigns and in-store experiences to new product launches and public relations.


- You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand love, customer traffic, and business growth across all our channels. We're looking for a creative and analytical leader who is ready to make a significant impact.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)?

1. Brand & Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget, ensuring alignment with our core business objectives.

- Create and implement marketing initiatives that directly contribute to year-on- year business growth and profitability.

- Act as the ultimate guardian of the Polar Bear brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling voice, identity, and experience across every touchpoint.

- Conduct continuous market research to uncover consumer insights, identify emerging trends, and stay ahead of the competition.

- Spearhead the marketing strategy for new product conceptualization, development, and go-to-market launches.

2. 360- Campaign Management:

- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online (digital, social), offline (events, print), and in-store channels.

- Drive in-store excellence through compelling visual merchandising, local store marketing programs, and promotional activities.

- Manage PR and communications to secure positive media coverage and build strong industry relationships.

- Select and manage external agencies (creative, digital, PR), ensuring they deliver high-quality work that meets brand standards and ROI targets.

3. Digital & E-commerce Growth:

- Own the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media (Google, Meta), social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing.

- Develop and implement an aggressive marketing strategy for our E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels (Swiggy, Zomato, Instamart, etc.) to maximize visibility and sales.

- Oversee the CRM strategy to drive customer loyalty, retention, and repeat business.

4. Leadership & Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team and other marketing staff.

- Serve as the key marketing liaison for our franchise partners, providing them with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

- Experience: 10+ years of robust marketing experience, preferably within a fast- paced D2C, QSR, or FMCG environment.

- Education: MBA in Marketing from a top-tier institution.

- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to build and execute a comprehensive, data- driven brand and marketing strategy.

- 360- Marketer: Demonstrable experience across the full marketing mix, including digital, BTL, brand management, and PR.

- Digital Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and various e-commerce ad platforms.

- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams and external agencies.

- Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Ownership: A high degree of personal ownership and a results-driven attitude.
