We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Leader with a strong focus on Demand Generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, specifically in crafting and executing high-impact demand generation strategies for the US market. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team management to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Demand Generation - Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert high-value B2B customers.

- Market Expansion in the US - Leverage deep insights into the US market to tailor campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive measurable outcomes.

- Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning - Establish the company as a thought leader in the industry by driving compelling content strategies and innovative marketing initiatives.

- SEO & Content Marketing - Utilize content marketing, SEO, and organic growth strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration - Inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Cross-functional Alignment - Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and revenue targets.

- Performance Tracking & Optimization - Leverage analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize ROI, and continuously refine marketing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a primary focus on demand generation.

- A proven track record of building and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in the US market.

- Strong strategic acumen with the ability to craft high-impact marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.

- Experience in content marketing, SEO, and organic growth strategies to drive inbound traffic and lead generation.

- A creative and analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

Location: Mumbai

Work Model: This is a 5-day in-office leadership role, offering direct collaboration with the founding team to drive strategic marketing initiatives and business growth.
