Role Overview
We are looking for an innovative and driven Head of Marketing to lead the brands marketing strategy with a strong focus on influencer marketing, content creation, and social media engagement. This role will be critical in building a powerful brand presence, driving consumer engagement, and accelerating growth for our cutting-edge consumer electronics products.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing:
- Develop and execute a scalable influencer marketing strategy that aligns with brand values and business goals.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across platforms.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize influencer campaigns for maximum brand impact and ROI.
Content Marketing:
- Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee content strategy including blogs, videos, product reviews, case studies, and experiential content to enhance brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing content reflects product innovations and differentiators.
Social Media & Community Building:
- Own end-to-end social media strategy including platform-specific growth plans, engagement tactics, and community management.
- Leverage social listening tools and analytics to guide content and campaign adjustments in real time.
- Foster an active online community that advocates for the brand and drives organic growth.
Brand & Campaign Management:
- Craft and implement brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and launch plans that effectively position the brand in a competitive category.
- Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and creative excellence.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in influencer marketing, content strategy, and social media growth for consumer brands; experience in consumer electronics preferred.
- Proven track record of designing and executing influencer and social campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, social media trends, emerging platforms, and content marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
