Position Overview:

- The Head of Marketing will take full ownership of the marketing strategy and execution for the company, focusing on driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention.


- This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX, performance marketing, retention marketing, and 360-degree marketing.


- You will be responsible for shaping the overall marketing strategy, leading a dynamic team, and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that engage corporate clients and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution:

- Lead the formulation and execution of the marketing strategy with a focus on digital transformation, customer engagement, and brand development.

- Align marketing strategies with company business goals, ensuring measurable growth in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Oversee the development and implementation of 360-degree marketing strategies across all channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and communication.

Digital Marketing Leadership:

- Drive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, display ads, content marketing, and email campaigns, to increase lead generation and brand awareness.

- Lead performance marketing efforts to optimize customer acquisition across paid channels and maximize return on investment (ROI).

- Ensure optimization of the company's website and digital assets with a focus on UI/UX best practices to enhance customer experience and conversions.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

- Monitor SEO performance, perform regular audits, and adjust strategies to keep the company at the forefront of digital search trends.

Retention Marketing:

- Develop and implement strategies aimed at retaining existing customers and enhancing lifetime value (LTV).

- Implement automated marketing workflows, loyalty programs, and personalized campaigns to drive customer retention and repeat business.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high standards.

- Define and communicate KPIs, track team performance, and ensure alignment with the company's goals.

- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.

Branding & Positioning:

- Build and execute a robust 360-degree marketing strategy, ensuring the company's brand stands out in the competitive corporate gifting market.

- Oversee content creation, graphic design, and digital assets, ensuring they reflect the company's brand identity and value propositions.

- Develop thought leadership and content-driven initiatives to strengthen the brand's position within the industry.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Monitor and measure all marketing activities and campaigns to determine ROI, performance, and areas of improvement.

- Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights that improve marketing strategies and optimize performance.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

- Leverage insights to stay ahead of competitors and implement strategies that differentiate the company in the market.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate closely with senior management, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company's business objectives.

- Create engaging marketing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear insights on performance and future strategies.

Event Marketing and Partnerships:

- Plan and oversee participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to raise brand visibility and network with potential corporate clients.

- Build strategic partnerships with relevant influencers, vendors, and other businesses to enhance marketing reach.

Key Skills & Qualifications:-

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in corporate gifting, e-commerce, or related industries.

- 5+ Years of experience in B2C / D2C is mandatory

- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX optimization, performance marketing, retention marketing, and 360-degree marketing strategies.

- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth through integrated marketing campaigns.

- Deep understanding of digital platforms, tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).

- Demonstrated success in performance-based marketing, including managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Expertise in building and optimizing UI/UX for websites and digital experiences, ensuring seamless customer journeys.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Knowledge of the corporate gifting ecosystem, including key industry trends and customer needs, is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Master's degree (MBA) is preferred but not mandatory.
