The Role:
- We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing department.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing project launches, coordinating with sales, overseeing PR and media activities, and driving brand awareness through innovative digital content.
- This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering results, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. An MBA is preferred
- Experience with a luxury brand, preferably international and domestic
- Experience in Real Estate is preferred
- Experience and ability to lead, grow and inspire a marketing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent professional and personal presentation awareness and skills
- Ability to champion and strengthen company culture

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Create, plan, and adhere to schedules for new project launches
- Ensure the timely execution of all project-related tasks and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align project timelines with business objectives
Marketing Strategy:
- Research and finalize marketing strategies and goals in collaboration with Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for project launches
- Define and optimize online and offline customer journeys, including Salesforce/Marketing Operations (SF/MO) branding
Collateral Creation:
- Oversee the timely creation and execution of all marketing collateral required for project launches
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials
- Collaborate with best-in-class vendors to produce innovative and high-quality marketing assets
Budget Management:
- Adhere to budgets and optimize costs to maximize economies of scale across projects
- Ensure financial efficiency in all marketing activities and project executions
- Conduct quarterly reviews of ROI across all marketing activities and projects
Coordination with Sales:
- Align marketing activities with sales plans to achieve targets
- Support sales efforts through the ideation and execution of strategic marketing initiatives
- Provide timely collateral and resources to support sales targets and enhance branding
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, execute, and monitor events for project marketing
- Ensure all events are aligned with the marketing strategy and business objectives
- Measure the success of events and report on their impact on project goals
Public Relations and Media Management:
- Conduct quarterly reporting and analysis of PR and media exposure received
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists
- Provide timely inputs and coordination of relevant PR stories to enhance brand and spokesperson awareness
Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Conduct quarterly reviews of social media marketing performance with relevant statistics
- Create and maintain world-class, error-free websites
- Develop relevant digital content (photo/video) to enhance brand awareness and positioning
