Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies tailored for high-end aesthetic and wellness clientele.
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create annual marketing calendar covering brand campaigns, digital promotions, influencer activations, and festive initiatives.
- Lead the development and rollout of clinic-specific local marketing plans across locations.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Manage website traffic, landing page performance, and CRM lead funnels with analytics tracking.
- Drive WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns focused on nurturing and conversions.
Brand Building & Content:
- Supervise high-quality content creation from brand films and testimonials to reels, blogs, and treatment explainers.
- Collaborate on PR initiatives, awards, and media features to enhance brand authority.
Team Leadership:
- Oversee team workflows, review daily marketing output, and guide campaign optimization efforts.
- Set goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, accountability, and performance.
- Manage agency relationships and third-party vendors where applicable.
Agency & Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, creative quality, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
Clinic Growth & Customer Acquisition:
- Support new clinic launches with pre-opening buzz, launch activations, and ongoing acquisition plans.
- Track key metrics such as ROI per campaign and location.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to maximize lead conversion and retention.
Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Drive organic traffic through strong SEO strategies (on-page/off-page/technical).
- Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing flows using CRM tools.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visual and written assets.
- Lead influencer collaborations and community engagement strategies.
Brand & Creative Oversight:
- Guide visual communication, brand identity, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align brand direction with business strategy.
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing:
- Identify, onboard, and manage marketing partners, influencers, and brand advocates.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing leadership role
- Strong understanding of digital tools Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WhatsApp API, Mailchimp, and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, creative briefing, and execution skills
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness trends
- Experience in handling high-net-worth client communication and luxury positioning
- Working knowledge of influencer marketing, celebrity endorsements, or clinic ambassador programs
