Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive brand positioning, awareness, and market penetration.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with sales, product, and customer experience strategies.
Brand & Content Marketing:
- Define brand voice, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for websites, social media, blogs, email marketing, and other platforms.
- Manage PR, media relations, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand reputation.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
- Optimize conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and marketing automation tools
Product & Growth Marketing:
- Implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and growth.
- Develop customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership & Budgeting:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in [Industry].
