Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand positioning.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

- Oversee branding, digital marketing, content creation, PR, and product marketing efforts.

- Drive demand generation through effective campaigns, lead nurturing, and engagement strategies.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, media, and industry influencers.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs and marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience: 14-18 years of proven experience as a Head of Marketing or in a senior marketing role, preferably within the agriculture or technology industry.

- Educational Background: MBA in Marketing or a relevant field.

- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

- Analytical Mindset: Expertise in analyzing complex data and translating insights into actionable strategies.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the agriculture sector, including challenges faced by farmers, and a passion for driving positive change in the industry.
