- As the Head of Managed Services, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end EPC project execution, facility operations, and maintenance services.
- You will drive strategic planning, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while ensuring excellence in service delivery across multiple business units.
- This leadership role requires a proven track record in EPC project management, large team leadership, and solar energy projects, coupled with a strong understanding of logistics, billing, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. EPC & Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple EPC projects within budget and time constraints.
- Ensure alignment with technical, safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and clients to manage expectations and delivery schedules.
Operations & Facility Management:
- Oversee O&M activities across solar installations, smart metering infrastructure, and managed facilities.
- Ensure uptime targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and preventive maintenance schedules are achieved.
Supply Chain, Materials & Logistics:
- Manage procurement planning, vendor relationships, and material tracking.
- Oversee logistics and inventory control in alignment with project needs and cost efficiency goals.
Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and monitor budgets, billing cycles, and cost optimization plans.
- Analyze P&L data and ensure financial discipline across all projects and services.
Team Management & EHS Compliance:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations and technical team.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) norms and conduct regular audits and trainings.
- Compliance & Reporting - Ensure adherence to government and industry regulations, including electrical safety, energy norms, and labor laws.
- Prepare timely MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in EPC project management, facility operations, and energy infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex, multi-site solar energy or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, billing, cost control, and statutory regulations relevant to the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and project management software is a plus.
