Head - Maintenance - Corrugated Box Manufacturing Industry

- Candidate must be from corrugated box manufacturing industry Position Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Maintenance to lead and oversee all maintenance operations at our corrugated box manufacturing facility in Kutch, Gujarat.

- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, team leadership, and operational efficiency within the packaging or corrugated box manufacturing industry.

- This role is critical to ensuring the uninterrupted performance of machinery, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

- Oversee the entire maintenance function of the plant, including mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.

- Implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and improve asset reliability.

- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.

- Monitor daily maintenance activities and coordinate quick response for breakdowns or emergencies.

- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials to ensure minimal downtime.

- Plan and supervise maintenance schedules in alignment with production timelines.

- Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Quality, and EHS to meet operational and -compliance goals.

- Maintain proper documentation of equipment history, maintenance logs, and compliance records.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime and reduce costs.

- Candidate Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 5 years in the corrugated box manufacturing industry
