Position Title: Head - Machinery Manufacturing Operations

Location: Bangalore

Reports To: Business Head / CEO

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end machinery manufacturing operations across multiple units located in different regions. This role requires the implementation of robust manufacturing processes and strategies to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the manufacturing operations of multiple plants with a combined workforce of over 1,000 employees.

- Oversee core functions including production, logistics, procurement, warehousing, and quality assurance.

- Drive standardization, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing units.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing goals with overall business objectives.

- Establish performance metrics and ensure the achievement of operational KPIs.

- Implement lean manufacturing and best-in-class practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial preferred).

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial machinery or heavy equipment manufacturing/complex manufacturing

- Proven track record of managing operations across multiple manufacturing units.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
