Position: Head - Logistics & Supply Chain

Requirement:

- Experience in D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce supply chains is highly desirable.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Logistics & Supply Chain Head to lead and optimize our supply chain, logistics, and operational framework. This role will be responsible for building scalable processes, ensuring timely product availability, and driving efficiencies across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement supply chain and logistics strategy to support the companys growth.

- Build scalable systems for procurement, inventory, and distribution to meet evolving business needs.

- Oversee sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.

- Implement demand forecasting and inventory planning models to reduce stockouts and optimize working capital.

- Manage warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery across D2C and marketplace channels.

- Partner with 3PLs and courier aggregators to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

- Continuously evaluate logistics partners for service levels, costs, and scalability.

- Oversee and mentor the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Develop and enforce SOPs for logistics and supply chain processes.

- Drive automation and technology adoption in logistics and inventory management.

- Define and track KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, logistics costs, and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.

- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to forecast demand and ensure operational readiness for campaigns or new launches.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

- Minimum of 712 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce supply chains is highly desirable.
