Experience:

- 22 - 30 years of legal exp out of which 4 -5 yrs of Land / Property Litigation/Non Litigation exp is must from Real estate, Legal or Law firm. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Job Profile :

- Expertise in the Legal Framework of the country with special emphasis on Property Laws, Revenue matters, Property Litigation and other Real Estate related Laws.

- Should have sharp legal acumen.

- Expertise in documentation. Extremely good at drafting and conveyance of documents.

- Expertise in Land (both urban & rural) and Property Acquisition and related documentation.

- Exposure to legal aspects of Real Estate.

CTC - CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Candidate Profile :

- Should have strong exposure in Land/property litigation and Land/Property matters from Real Estate & LAW/Legal firms at National / regional with professional companies and competitive environment.
