- Design competency frameworks and career development programs.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.
Program Design & Implementation
- Design and implement learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training.
- Leverage digital learning, e-learning platforms, and blended learning models to drive engagement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI on learning initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor an L&D team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Foster a culture of coaching and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, business leaders, and external partners to customize learning solutions.
- Align learning initiatives with talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
Innovation & Technology
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge learning technologies (AI-driven learning, gamification, mobile learning).
- Continuously improve learning methodologies based on market trends and best practices.
