Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to fill the role of Head - Global Capability Centre (GCC).

The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of overall IT leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years specifically dedicated to building and managing offshore IT delivery centers with a size of 100+ FTEs.

This is a pivotal role that requires a technically savvy leader to be instrumental in the end-to-end setup and management of our new IT GCC in India.

You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse and multidisciplinary team across IT Applications, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Information Security, driving continuous innovation and IT process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- GCC Establishment & Management: Lead the strategic planning, setup, and end-to-end management of a new IT Global Capability Centre in India.

- You will be accountable for defining its vision, operational model, and delivery strategy.

- Team Leadership & Development: Provide executive leadership to a large, multidisciplinary team, including Application Delivery, IT Engineering & Operations, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Information Security.

- You will be responsible for scaling the team, fostering a culture of high performance, and mentoring senior leaders.

- IT Strategy & Delivery: Drive enterprise application delivery and ensure excellence in all aspects of IT operations.

- You will be the key driver of IT process improvement and innovation within the GCC, ensuring all teams are aligned with global business goals.

- Vendor & Partner Management: Utilize your proven experience to manage relationships with key systems integrators and other IT vendors.

- You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and optimizing partner performance.

- Business Acumen & Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to the business.

- You will leverage your strong business acumen to align IT initiatives with business objectives and build robust relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- 20+ years of leadership experience in IT, with 10+ years of specific experience in building and managing offshore IT delivery centers of 100+ FTEs.

- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary IT teams across Application Delivery, IT Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, and Security.

- Extensive experience working with systems integrators and managing complex vendor relationships.

- A strong technical background, with a deep understanding of IT processes and systems.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Robust business acumen and proven experience in business relationship management
