Head - IT Infrastructure - NBFC/Financial Services

Key Result Areas:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

- Develop and execute a robust IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

- Ensure the highest levels of system security, data protection, and disaster recovery.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT hardware, software, and services.

- Oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Experience: 18-20 Years of experience.

- Infrastructure Management: Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of IT infrastructure, including servers, data centers, networks, and storage solutions.

- Cloud Technologies: Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with cloud migration, management, and security.

- Networking: In-depth knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers).

- Operating Systems: Proficiency with various operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and their administration.

- Virtualization: Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to optimize hardware resources.

- Database Management: Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and their high-availability configurations.
