
Head of IT Infrastructure ( Only Candidates from Hyderabad Apply )
Role Specification:
- Build and Groom the IT Infra organization to meet world class standards
- Head IT Service Delivery, Data Centres, Servers and Networks
- Drive ITIL rollout to achieve predictable delivery within well defined SLAs

Position Reports to:
Head Operations and Group CIO
Responsibilities of this role:
- Build and Drive IT Infra Organization including Server Management, Network Management & IT Service Management Team
- Drive Multiple IT Infra Projects to build Data Centres and upgrade IT Server and Network Infrastructure
- Deploy advanced tools and processes to automate infrastructure monitoring and management
- Manage IT Infra Budgets to Utilize Capex effectively and minimize Opex Spend
- Define IT Standards and Best Practice Security Processes for IT Projects and Support and ensure Compliance
- Explore Cloud and other technologies to drive 24-7 mobility
- Develop relationship with Vendors to drive timely delivery on Projects and support assignments
- Define IT Enterprise Architecture and drive alignment to the same
- Drive organization wide compliance to ISMS Policies and Procedures
- Develop Industry Connects and Subscribe to required IT forums to develop industry best practices and procedures
- Build strong BCP/DR, Near DR and Far DR Capabilities and drive redundancy to achieve > 99.9% uptime
- Drive understanding and compliance to all IT Acts applicable
- Provide leadership to IT Infra team and build strong IT Infra skillset

- Drive IT Risk Management and ensure proper mitigations
- Support the IT Applications Team with required IT Infrastructure
- Work with IT Security team to comply to ISMS defined policies and procedures
- Drive compliance to all applicable IT Acts, Policies and Procedures
- Effectively monitor, manage performance and capability building of the team members
