Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the overall IT architecture and landscape improvement within the organization.
- Assess the systems architecture currently in place, work with internal technical teams and recommend solutions to improve it.
- Test, integrate, and tune software systems to ensure that specific business issues are solved.
- Develop an overall IT architecture and modernization strategy in line with the organizational Digital strategy.
- Provide supervision and guidance to development, projects, Infrastructure, and info sec teams.
- Inform the stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
- Assess the business impact of technical choices that are made by various stakeholders.
- Keep up to date on current and emerging technologies, propose changes where needed.
- Plan, manage and track the budget.
- Manage vendors and service providers, manage, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Work with the Information security team and ensuring that all applications and systems are effectively secured, and risks are mitigated.
- Assess and communicate risks associated with applications and systems; meet all audit and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence of IT services to applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage and lead the team, grow competencies, set goals, evaluate, and keep team engaged and motivated.
- Work with business and cross functional teams for continuous improvement and innovations.
- Take additional responsibilities related to Robotic Process Automation and Testing automations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and to communicate effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in IT solution design, APIs, and cross system integrations.
- Experience of working on Oracle, SQL, or other databases.
- Familiarity with computer networks, programming, and IT security management.
- Experience and knowledge of cloud computing.
- Experience of Digital/ India stack
- Vendor management skills
