Head of Investor Relations

We are hiring an experienced Head of Investor Relations for an IPO bound company in the manufacturing space.

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance).

- 10-18 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.

- Prior experience in a listed company is mandatory.

- Proven track record in managing an IPO process and handling public market disclosures.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, stock exchange requirements, and capital markets.

Key Requirements :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to support the company's IPO and long-term market positioning.

- Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media to enhance market confidence.

- Lead pre-IPO investor communications, including roadshows, investor presentations, and financial disclosures.

- Ensure compliance with stock exchange and regulatory requirements

- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive intelligence to advise executive leadership.

- Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate strategy teams to align financial reporting and investor engagement.
