Head - Investor Relations

We are hiring a Head of Investor Relations for a fast-growing, listed consumer tech company based out of Mumbai.

What We're Looking For:

- Investment banking professionals with 10-15 years of experience, ideally from top-tier firms.

- Strong track record in covering the technology sector.

- Hands-on experience in sell-side transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, and public market fundraises.

- Deep relationships across mutual funds, hedge funds, family offices, and institutional investors.

- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
