Head - International Operations & Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage site installation, commissioning, and service operations across India.

- Responsible for all technical services, trouble shooting, overhauls and after-commissioning calls.

- Oversee procurement, vendor development, and material management functions.

- Guide and grow the service team (automation, mechanical, electrical) in troubleshooting,

- Maintenance and customer interaction.

- Ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence across all projects.

- Build strong client relationships and represent company interests at customer headquarters.

- Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Engineering degree required; management qualification preferred.

- Worldwide talent welcome.

- 20-25 years of experience in site execution, service management, and team leadership.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.

- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with Indian/international codes and standards.

- Experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Exposure to international work cultures; German language skills are a plus.
