Candidate should have experience handling Gulf countries, Africa region in packaging, lamination, book binding segment.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, assess market trends, and evaluate competitors. Analyze market data to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop sales plans and strategies for entering new markets and expanding existing ones. Set sales targets and objectives for international markets and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, distributors, agents, and other business partners in international markets. Negotiate and close sales deals with customers and partners.
- International Sales Operations: Coordinate and manage the entire export sales process, including order processing, logistics, shipping, and documentation. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
- Travel and Trade Shows: Travel to international markets to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events. Represent the company and promote its products effectively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and changes in international trade regulations. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills related to international sales and export practices.

- Increase in sales figures YoY in the existing markets.
- No. New geographies addition with sales figures.
- New customers / segments added with sales figures.
Interactions:
Internal: Management, Accounts, Factory, Logistics
External: All customers (direct / distributors), related govt. authorities, agents related to clearing / forwarding, logistics etc.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Proven experience in Export Sales / business development.
- Excellent communication written and verbal.
- Strong negotiations skills
- Interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving attitude.
