- Spearheaded the integration of Digital Cable TV, Fibre, and Broadband teams into a unified tech organization-improving collaboration, resource utilization, and service delivery.

- Manage 9 Petabytes of traffic on daily basis and 4 terabits per second of total bandwidth

- Spearheading the rollout of various enterprise-grade products and solutions, tailored to meet diverse business needs across sectors such as media, BFSI, education, and government.

- Overseeing large-scale broadband deployments and fibre network expansion projects to enhance service reach and performance.

- Redesigning team structures and workflows to align with industry SLAs and performance benchmarks.

- Driving digital transformation initiatives to boost customer experience, operational agility, and service quality.

- Ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across IT and network infrastructure.

- Overseeing all regulatory compliance requirement for DTV, ISP business and IT security.

- Managing cross-functional teams, fostering innovation, and leading talent development across technical verticals.

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.

- Accountable for uptime, network performance, and SLA compliance across all technology verticals .
