Role Overview:
12-15 years of rich experience in HR role with a reputed corporate. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the company remains an employer of choice in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a holistic HR strategy that supports business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Provide expert guidance on all people-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
2. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Implement systems and training that enable managers to effectively coach their teams and drive high performance.
3. Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead all talent acquisition efforts, from a robust employer branding strategy to effective recruitment and onboarding, to attract sales, marketing, business development, engineering and technical talent in the highly specialized semiconductor sector.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that are benchmarked against the semiconductor industry, ensuring they are equitable and align with company goals.
- Stay current with market trends and legal requirements to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Employee Engagement:
- Serve as a champion for a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Manage employee relations concerns, resolve disputes, and implement policies that promote a fair and respectful workplace.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a collaborative environment.
6. Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs that enhance the technical and soft skills of employees, from entry- level engineers to senior leaders.
7. Compliance & HR Operations:
- Ensure complete compliance with all Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, HR information systems (HRIS), and a strong focus on data- driven decision-making through HR analytics and metrics.
8. Digital HR & Analytics
- Introduce HR analytics for data-driven decision-making Implement HR tech tools for recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
