We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head HR to lead and manage all facets of human resources. This role requires a professional with 8-12 years of progressive experience. Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding, performance reviews, and off boarding. Implement effective succession planning and career development programs.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving complex employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies.
- Pay Roll: Handle Payroll processing and ensuring compliance and maintaining records.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage the design and administration of competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
- HR Operations: Lead the HR team, ensuring efficient delivery of all HR services, and streamline processes and analyse data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in an HR Recruitment and Operations with a proven track record of managing HR functions at a senior level.
- Strong proficiency in strategic conceptualization and independent implementation, with excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.
