Human Resources Head (Pharma)

- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human capital management within a pharmaceutical company, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a positive company culture, all while strategically aligning HR initiatives with the organization's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent across different levels, including scientific and technical roles.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.
- Oversee talent development programs to nurture internal talent and prepare employees for future leadership roles.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement a robust performance management system to evaluate employee performance, identify development needs, and link performance to rewards.
- Coach managers on performance management practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Conduct salary surveys and make adjustments as needed.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Compliance and Regulatory:
- Stay updated on all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure HR practices comply.
- Manage employee background checks and drug testing as required.
Strategic Planning:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Conduct workforce analysis to identify future talent needs and develop succession planning strategies.
Qualification And Experience:
- MBA in HR or a related field with Extensive experience in HR leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven ability to manage complex HR functions across the employee lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed HR decisions
- Leadership capabilities to motivate and develop a high-performing HR team.
