Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams? AAR Consultancy, on behalf of our esteemed MNC client in Hyderabad, is searching for a dynamic Head of HRO Services.
This is a senior leadership role where you'll drive the entire HR Outsourcing function, overseeing key areas like payroll, garnishment, tax processing, data management, and a large-scale call center. You'll be the architect of operational excellence, responsible for leading and developing a large team while ensuring our HRO services align with the client's strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 500+ HRO professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze and enhance existing HRO and payroll processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Workforce Management: Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, ensuring optimal staffing and skill levels to meet changing demands.
- Budget & Finance: Develop and manage the departmental budget, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-control measures.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Establish KPIs and use data analytics to track performance, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs that foster a positive workplace culture, improve retention, and gather employee feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 10-15+ years of experience in HRO management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing an overall team size of 500+ headcount.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HCM software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
