Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement a holistic HR strategy that aligns with the foundation's mission and growth objectives.

- Drive HR transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and effectiveness in people management.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR matters, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring the foundation attracts and retains high-caliber professionals from diverse backgrounds.

- Develop a robust succession planning and leadership development framework to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.

Performance Management & Employee Development:

- Design and implement a performance management system that promotes a high-performance culture and continuous learning.

- Lead learning & development (L&D) initiatives, ensuring employees have access to professional growth opportunities.

- Partner with senior leadership to build capacity development programs for employees and partner organizations.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations:

- Drive competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with industry benchmarks and organizational needs.

- Ensure smooth execution of payroll, compliance, and HR policies, maintaining adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.

- Leverage HR technology and data analytics to enhance decision-making and process efficiencies.

Culture & Employee Engagement:

- Foster a mission-driven culture that aligns with the foundation's values and social impact goals.

- Design and execute employee engagement programs, ensuring high levels of job satisfaction and retention.

- Act as a change champion, facilitating organizational development initiatives and cultural transformation.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement:

- Collaborate with business leaders, board members, CSR teams, and external stakeholders to align HR policies with broader organizational goals.

- Build partnerships with NGOs, social enterprises, and government bodies to facilitate cross-sector learning and best practices.

Key Requirements -

- 15+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the corporate foundation, CSR, social sector, or large non-profit space.

- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

- Proven expertise in strategic HR, talent management, organizational development, and culture building.

- Strong understanding of social impact organizations, philanthropic initiatives, and stakeholder management.
