Head HR - Financial Services/NBFC
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organizations vision and growth plans.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team on all HR matters.
- Drive organization design and workforce planning to support business scalability.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for leadership, operational, and frontline roles.
- Build robust succession planning and leadership development pipelines.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes to enhance new hire experience.
Performance & Rewards:
- Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs).
- Develop competitive and compliant compensation structures and incentive plans.
- Lead annual appraisal, promotion, and reward cycles.
Learning & Development:
- Establish learning frameworks and programs for employee skill development and upskilling.
- Identify competency gaps and initiate relevant training interventions.
- Promote a continuous learning culture.
Compliance & Employee Relations:
- Ensure HR policies comply with applicable labor laws and NBFC sectoral regulations.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and industrial relations (if applicable).
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams on employment matters.
Culture & Engagement:
- Foster a culture of trust, inclusivity, and high performance.
- Drive employee engagement, feedback, and well-being initiatives-Champion DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.
HR Operations & Technology:
- Oversee payroll, HRIS, employee data management, and automation of HR processes.
- Leverage analytics for HR reporting and decision-making.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and hiring turnaround.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a reputed institution.
- 15 to 18 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- BFSI/NBFC industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HR technology platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) is a plus.
