- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, preferably in third-party business process services (BPS) environments

- Broad expertise across all core HR functions including compensation & benefits, payroll, L&D, employee relations, and talent acquisition

- Proven success in leading teams in fast-paced, customer-centric, and hands-on settings

- Highly adaptable and organized, with strong project management skills and sound business acumen

- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively from front-line employees to senior executives

- Experienced in navigating global, matrixed organizations and multicultural environments

- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing best-in-class HR systems and solutions

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree required

Role Description:

- Lead the design and execution of a robust employee lifecycle framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Serve as a key liaison between HR and business, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

- Drive the continuous development and integration of HR functions to enhance capability and impact.

- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute short- and long-term HR strategies that promote growth and employee engagement.

- Establish streamlined, compliant, and efficient HR processes; identify opportunities for quality, productivity, and cost improvements.

- Design and implement management development programs to build leadership capabilities.

- Champion culture transformation initiatives that align with organisation values, encouraging open and transparent communication.

- Lead the implementation of employee engagement programs and manage the engagement survey process.

- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs consistently.

- Serve as a mentor, coach, and HR thought leader to senior management.

- Ensure consistency and excellence in policy development, performance management, goal setting, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

- Manage and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance team culture.
