- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, preferably in third-party business process services (BPS) environments
- Broad expertise across all core HR functions including compensation & benefits, payroll, L&D, employee relations, and talent acquisition
- Proven success in leading teams in fast-paced, customer-centric, and hands-on settings
- Highly adaptable and organized, with strong project management skills and sound business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively from front-line employees to senior executives
- Experienced in navigating global, matrixed organizations and multicultural environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing best-in-class HR systems and solutions
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree required

- Ensure consistency and excellence in policy development, performance management, goal setting, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Manage and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance team culture.
