Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent support to senior leaders through innovation, efficiency, process excellence, and accountability.
- Develop and implement organizational interventions by identifying and researching HR issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Advice and counsel leaders on how to identify and attract key talent, develop succession plans, utilize recognition and rewards to incentivize behaviors, and help leaders drive performance improvement and career growth within their teams.
- Act as a strategic advisor, confidante, and coach when needed.
- Work with and develop HR teams providing HR support locally to various managers and stakeholders.
