Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Talent Management
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Spearhead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top global talent.
- Enhance performance management processes through robust appraisal systems and career development planning.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of HR professionals.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Leverage both technical knowledge and strong people skills to build and sustain a high-performing team.
- Compliance and Policy Administration
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Support accurate payroll processing and timely salary disbursements.
- Employee Engagement & Benefits
- Manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including leave policies, insurance, and incentive schemes.
- Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Background - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional Experience:
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an IT services environment.
Expertise & Skills:
- Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. - Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities with the acumen to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on people management.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity. - Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.
