Experience: 20+ years (union handling is a must)

Experience Required:
The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling Labour laws, union management, managing union relations, and driving strategic HR initiatives in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proven experience in Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR)
- Hands-on expertise in wage negotiations and union handling
- Exposure to land matters, compliance and contract management
- Strong grasp of HR processes and statutory requirements, strong knowledge of Labour laws.
