Head - Human Resources - Hospital/Healthcare Industry
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Act as a culture champion by promoting employee engagement, collaboration, and a growth mindset to drive business success.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organization goals and corporate policies.
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning;- Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, induction, and talent development programs.
- Work with department heads to identify workforce gaps and implement succession planning.
HR Operations & Performance Management:- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR technology systems.
- Implement and monitor key HR metrics, ensuring process efficiency and compliance.
- Drive performance appraisal processes and career development frameworks.
Industrial Relations & Compliance:- Manage labor relations, including handling negotiations with unions.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, medical regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Handle disciplinary actions and legal HR matters in coordination with legal advisors.
Employee Relations & Engagement:- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Address grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns in a fair and effective manner.
- Lead internal communication strategies to promote transparency and collaboration.
Learning & Development:- Identify training needs and oversee learning and development programs. Foster leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
