Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational HR

- Lead, manage and execute the entire HR operations for the medical college and associated hospital units.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the institution.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and recruitment planning for clinical, academic, paramedical, and administrative staff.

- Oversee manpower planning, manpower budgeting, and ensure cost-effective hiring strategies.

Payroll & Compensation Management

- Supervise payroll processing, salary structuring, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with statutory norms .

- Review and manage HR budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Compliance & Industrial Relations

- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and handle matters related to Industrial Relations (IR).

- Represent the organization in audits, inspections, and labour disputes when required.

Employee Engagement & Grievance Redressal

- Build a positive and productive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.

- Develop and implement effective grievance redressal mechanisms to ensure a harmonious workplace.

Learning & Development (L&D)

- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skillsets of both medical and non-medical staff.

- Conduct needs assessments and drive continuous professional development.

HR Analytics & MIS

- Maintain and present timely and accurate HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for top management.

- Identify key HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: MBA in HR / Postgraduate in HRM or equivalent.

- Proven track record in handling HR operations at a leadership level.

- Strong understanding of labour laws, industrial relations, and compliance in a healthcare sector.

- Proficient in HRMS, payroll systems, HR analytics, and budgeting tools.

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and execution skills.
