Position: HR Head - GCC or IT Services
Location: Flexible within GCC region
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for a global IT services company operating in the GCC region.
2. Oversee all aspects of HR management including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
3. Provide strategic leadership in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support business growth and expansion in the region.
4. Handle employee grievances and disputes effectively, ensuring a positive and harmonious work environment.
5. Collaborate with senior management in setting and monitoring HR KPIs and metrics to drive business performance and employee engagement.
6. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization.
7. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years of HR management experience in a multinational IT services company, with a focus on the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated track record of success in leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
