
Responsibilities
- Institutionalize HR policies and frameworks across recruitment, performance, learning, compliance, and culture.
- Drive senior leadership hiring, including CXO-level and domain expert recruitment.
- Enable business development capacity by ensuring technical and field teams are optimized and future-ready.
- Build a robust internal talent pipeline for project leadership and state-level delivery teams.
- Design and implement modern performance management systems focused on accountability and growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO on organization design, leadership effectiveness, and people risk.
Requirements
- Prior experience in infrastructure, engineering consulting, or EPC preferred.
- Strong track record in senior hiring, HR transformation, and culture building.
- High strategic orientation with hands-on execution mindset.
- Exceptional communication, integrity, and leadership presence.
