A renowned Education & Publishing House is seeking a dynamic Head - HR (Manager level) to build and drive robust HR systems across its Publishing business and Schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and strengthen HR systems and processes.
- Lead Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities (Current Role):
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Build and manage recruitment strategies for publishing staff, sales teams, editorial, and school faculty/staff.
- Performance Management - Support annual appraisals, KRA/KPI frameworks, and career progression pathways.
- Learning & Development - Organize teacher training, sales training, leadership development, and skill workshops.
- Employee Engagement - Drive initiatives for retention, motivation, and organizational culture.
- Policy & Process Partnering - Collaborate with Payroll & Compliance Head to ensure smooth HR operations.
- School HR Support - Establish systems for teacher hiring, orientation, and staff development at schools.
- Coach and partner with senior leadership to drive people effectiveness.
- Work closely with senior management on business strategy execution.
Role Details:
Designation: Head - HR (Manager Level)
CTC: Up to - 24 LPA
Location: Delhi (with travel to Saharanpur 1-2 times a week)
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
