A leading Consulting company is looking to fill their HR Head role based in Ahmedabad- Gift City.
We are looking for candidates from 2005-2009 batches of MBA from premier B Schools, who have worked in HR Transformation and HR Strategy. The HR Head is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures that HR strategies align with the organizations goals, fosters a positive workplace culture, and drives talent management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Advise senior management on HR trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead organizational change and culture transformation initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems
- Develop succession planning and career development frameworks
- Drive and Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs
Compensation & Benefits
- Design competitive compensation structures
- Oversee benefits administration implement recognition and reward programs
Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and training needs
- Develop learning and development programs
- Foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications & Skills
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1620 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
