Performance Management:
- HRBPs guide managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
- They ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
Employee Relations:
- HRBPs address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
